1. Who we are

This website is operated by Seethal Originals (Pty) Ltd (Reg. 2025/891607/07), South Africa ("we", "us"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering and at checkout.

3. Products & pricing

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). We are not currently VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged and the price shown is the price you pay (excluding any delivery fee). We try to display products and prices accurately, but errors may occur; if we discover an error we'll let you know and you may cancel the affected order.

4. Orders & payment

An order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance by email once payment is received. Payments are processed securely by Payfast; we never see or store your full card details.

5. Delivery, returns & privacy

Delivery is governed by our Shipping policy, returns by our Returns & Refunds policy, your personal information by our Privacy Policy, and any promotional competition by its Giveaway terms.

6. Intellectual property

The Seethal Originals name, logo, designs, images and content are our property and may not be copied or used without permission.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site.

8. Governing law & contact
