Getting your order to you

1. Where we deliver

We deliver across South Africa only. Delivery options and costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

2. Options & timeframes

  • The Courier Guy (door-to-door): 2–4 business days from dispatch.

Timeframes are estimates from dispatch and may vary during sales, load-shedding or public holidays.

3. Costs & free shipping

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the option you choose. Qualifying orders receive free delivery — the threshold is shown at checkout. All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR).

4. Processing & tracking

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with your courier and tracking number.

5. Correct address & failed delivery

Please make sure your delivery address and contact details are complete and correct at checkout. We're not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If a parcel is returned to us because it couldn't be delivered or collected, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery, which may carry an additional fee.

6. Risk & ownership

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you provided (or to the person who accepts the parcel there). Ownership passes once we've received full payment.

7. Delays beyond our control

Occasionally delivery is delayed by events outside our control (courier disruptions, weather, strikes). We're not liable for such delays, but we'll always help you follow up with the courier.

8. Problems with delivery

If your order hasn't arrived in the expected timeframe, or arrives damaged, contact info@seethaloriginals.co.za and we'll sort it out. Damaged or incorrect items are covered by our Returns & Refunds policy.
