This promotional competition is run in accordance with section 36 of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and its regulations. By entering, you agree to these rules.

1. Promoter

The promoter is Seethal Originals (Pty) Ltd (Reg. 2025/891607/07), South Africa ("we", "us"). Contact info@seethaloriginals.co.za.

2. Competition period

The competition opens on 21 June 2026 and closes at 23:59 (SAST) on 31 July 2026. Entries received after the closing time will not be considered.

3. Who may enter

Entry is open to natural persons who are 18 years or older and resident in South Africa. Directors, members, employees and agents of the promoter (and their immediate families), and anyone involved in running the competition, may not enter.

4. How to enter

To enter, register a member account at seethaloriginals.co.za, verify your email, and purchase at least one (1) SA Performance Cap during the competition period. Each cap purchased earns one entry, so the more caps you buy, the more chances you have. Caps are sold at their ordinary price — no premium is charged for entering. An order only qualifies once payment is successfully received. Orders that are cancelled or refunded before the draw are not valid entries.

5. Prize

The total prize pool is R10,000 in cash, shared among the winners. The number of winners and the amount each winner receives is at the promoter's discretion, but the total awarded across all winners will not exceed R10,000. Prizes are paid by electronic funds transfer to a South African bank account in the winner's name. Prizes are not transferable.

6. Winner selection & notification

Winners will be selected by random draw from all valid entries within 7 days of the closing date. Each cap purchased is one entry, so more entries mean more chances of being drawn. Winners will be notified by email and/or WhatsApp within 14 days of the draw using the contact details provided at registration. If a winner cannot be reached or does not respond within 7 days of notification, the promoter may draw a replacement winner. A list of winners is available on request.

7. Personal information (POPIA)

By entering you consent to the promoter processing your personal information for the purposes of this competition — as set out in our Privacy Policy. Direct marketing (email and/or WhatsApp) is optional and separate from entry; you may opt in or out at any time without affecting your entries. We keep records of entries, orders and the draw for at least three years as required by law.

8. General

The promoter may amend these rules or cancel, suspend or modify the competition where circumstances make this unavoidable, without liability. The promoter's decision on all matters is final and no correspondence will be entered into. To the extent permitted by law, the promoter is not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation or the prize. This competition is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by any social media or other platform.

9. Governing law

These rules are governed by the laws of South Africa.
