Seethal Originals (Pty) Ltd (Reg. 2025/891607/07) ("we", "us") is the responsible party for the personal information collected through this website. For any privacy matter, contact our information officer at info@seethaloriginals.co.za.

2. Information we collect

• Account details: your name, email address, mobile number and location (city/province).
• Delivery details you provide at checkout: recipient name, phone, and physical address.
• Order and review information, and any message you send us via the contact form.

3. Why we process it

• To create and secure your member account (including email verification).
• To process and deliver your orders and provide customer support.
• With your consent, to send you direct marketing — exclusive deals, giveaways and product news — by email and/or WhatsApp. You can opt out at any time.
• To understand, in aggregate, where our members are registering from.

We process your information on the basis of your consent and to fulfil our contract with you. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Who can see it

Your details are stored securely in our database (hosted by Supabase) and payment is handled by Payfast. Access is restricted to Seethal Originals and the service providers needed to run the store. Your full personal details are not visible to other customers — only a public username you choose is shown on any review you post.

5. Security & retention

We use industry-standard measures (encrypted connections, access controls) to protect your information, and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

6. Your rights under POPIA

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to withdraw consent, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these, email info@seethaloriginals.co.za. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
